1. Policy Statement
Fishlanthropy Foundation, Inc. is committed to providing equal opportunity and fair treatment in all of its programs, activities, and operations.

2. Application
This policy applies to:

charitable assistance recipients

volunteers and program participants
-
directors and officers
-
contractors and service providers
-
applicants for participation or assistance
3. Equal Access to Programs
Eligibility for charitable assistance, recognition programs, or awards is based solely on criteria relevant to the Foundation’s charitable mission and applicable program rules.
No individual will be excluded from participation or denied benefits due to a protected characteristic.
4. Reasonable Accommodations
The Foundation will make reasonable accommodations for individuals with disabilities when feasible and legally required.
5. Harassment-Free Environment
Harassment or discriminatory conduct of any kind is prohibited and will not be tolerated in connection with Foundation activities.
6. Reporting Concerns
Any individual who believes this policy has been violated may report concerns using the process outlined in the Foundation’s Whistleblower Policy.
7. Enforcement
Violations of this policy may result in corrective action, including removal from programs, volunteer roles, or other involvement with the Foundation.
8. Policy Administration
This policy is administered by the Board of Directors and may be amended by Board resolution.
