WHISTLEBLOWER POLICY

1. Purpose
Fishlanthropy Foundation, Inc. (“the Foundation”) is committed to ethical conduct, transparency, and compliance with all applicable laws.
This Whistleblower Policy provides a mechanism for individuals to report suspected wrongdoing without fear of retaliation.
2. Scope
This policy applies to:

Directors
-
Officers
-
Volunteers
-
Contractors
-
Consultants
-
Any individual acting on behalf of the Foundation
3. Reportable Concerns
Concerns that may be reported include, but are not limited to:

Fraud or financial misconduct
-
Misuse or diversion of charitable funds
-
Violations of law or regulation
-
Conflicts of interest not properly disclosed
-
Abuse of authority
-
Retaliation against whistleblowers
-
Material violations of Foundation policies
4. Reporting Procedure
Reports may be made in good faith through any of the following channels:

Email to: support@fisheez.com (designated intake for the Foundation)

Written notice to any Director

Anonymous reports may be submitted where legally permissible
Reports should include sufficient detail to allow a reasonable investigation.
5. Investigation and Resolution

All reports will be reviewed promptly and confidentially.

The Board of Directors, or a designated committee, will determine the appropriate investigation process.

Findings and corrective actions will be documented.
6. No Retaliation
The Foundation strictly prohibits retaliation against any individual who reports a concern in good faith, even if the concern is later found to be unsubstantiated.
Any act of retaliation will be treated as a serious policy violation and may result in disciplinary action, removal, or termination of association with the Foundation.
7. Confidentiality
Reports will be handled discreetly and shared only with those who need to know to conduct a proper investigation.
8. False Reports
Knowingly making false or malicious allegations may result in disciplinary action.
9. Policy Administration
This policy is administered by the Board of Directors and may be amended by Board resolution.
