Advertising & Program Sponsorship Agreement
1. What This Is
This agreement governs program sponsorships and advertising placements related to the Fisheez Peacemaker dispute-resolution system.
By purchasing a sponsorship, you are supporting the operation of community-based dispute resolution and receiving brand acknowledgment and visibility in return.
This is an advertising / sponsorship arrangement, not a charitable donation.
2. Who This Agreement Is With
This agreement is between:

You (“Sponsor”), and
-
Fisheez, Inc., a Delaware Public Benefit Corporation (“Fisheez”)
All sponsorship payments are made to Fisheez, Inc.
3. What You Are Sponsoring
Sponsors may fund Peacemaker Rewards Pools, which are periodic reward events for qualified community Peacemakers who help resolve disputes on the Fisheez platform.
Sponsorships may be associated with:

A time period (e.g., “March 2026 Peacemaker Rewards”)

A Peacemaker level (Products, Services, High-Value)
-
A dispute category or program type
Sponsors do not sponsor individual disputes or outcomes.
4. What Sponsors Receive
Depending on the sponsorship package selected, Fisheez may provide:

“Sponsored by” attribution
-
Sponsor name and/or logo placement
-
A short sponsor description or link
-
Public acknowledgment on the platform or related materials
-
Inclusion in program summaries or reports
Exact placement and duration are determined by the selected package.
5. What Sponsors Do Not Receive
To preserve fairness and independence, sponsors may not:

Select or influence individual disputes
-
Influence Peacemaker voting or outcomes
-
Access dispute evidence, voter identities, or decision logic
-
Condition sponsorship on specific results
All dispute resolution decisions remain independent and community-driven.
6. Use of Sponsorship Funds
Sponsorship funds are used to:

Fund Peacemaker reward pools
-
Support dispute-resolution operations
-
Maintain platform integrity and fairness systems
Fisheez retains full discretion over program execution, timing, and reward distribution.
7. Advertising & Tax Treatment
Sponsorship payments are:

Advertising / sponsorship revenue
-
Not charitable donations
-
Not tax-deductible as charitable contributions
Sponsors are responsible for their own tax reporting.
8. No Endorsement or Affiliation
Sponsorship does not imply:
-
Endorsement of Sponsor products or services by Fisheez
-
Partnership, agency, or joint venture
-
Influence over platform governance or policies
9. Brand Usage
By entering into this agreement:

Sponsor grants Fisheez permission to display approved brand assets for sponsorship purposes

Fisheez agrees to use brand assets only as reasonably necessary to provide sponsorship recognition
10. Term & Termination
-
Sponsorships apply only to the period or program purchased
-
Fisheez may terminate sponsorship recognition if:
-
Sponsor violates platform policies
-
Sponsor engages in unlawful or harmful activity
-
Continued association would harm platform integrity
-
Unused funds may be reallocated to Peacemaker programs at Fisheez’s discretion.
11. Limitation of Control & Liability
Fisheez does not guarantee:
-
Number of disputes
-
Number of participants
-
Specific outcomes or engagement levels
Sponsorship is provided “as is” as a program-level advertising opportunity.
12. Relationship to the Fisheez Foundation
Some Peacemaker programs may also receive separate, non-sponsored funding from the Fisheez Foundation.
Foundation funding is independent of sponsor funding and does not affect sponsor benefits or program control.
13. Acceptance
By completing payment or clicking “I Agree,” you acknowledge that:

You understand this is an advertising sponsorship
-
You receive recognition, not control
-
Funds are not a charitable donation
-
You agree to these terms
