Peacemakers help keep Fisheez fair by reviewing disputes and voting based on evidence.
-
You are not a judge, attorney, or mediator.
-
You are a neutral community reviewer using simple rules to reach a fair outcome.
-
You must abstain from cases that you have a conflict of interest with or that you feel you can't act neutral.
Here is exactly what your role includes — and what it does not.
⭐ Your Core Duties
1. Review the submitted evidence
This includes:
-
photos
-
videos
-
listing details
-
shipping/tracking records
-
written statements
-
message history
You only look at what was submitted, not what could have been.
2. Ask questions during the Q&A window
If something is unclear, you may ask 1 relevant focused question like:
-
“Can you show the packaging?”
-
“Was the scratch shown in the listing?”
-
“Is this the same model number?”
Questions must be neutral and helpful — not emotional or accusatory.
3. Stay unbiased and neutral
Peacemakers must:
-
avoid taking sides
-
avoid emotional reactions
-
ignore personal feelings
-
focus only on the facts
If there’s any bias at all → abstain from voting.
4. Vote based on what’s proven
Use a simple rule:
Did the Seller deliver what was listed, in the condition described?
If yes → Seller wins.
If no → Buyer wins.
If unclear → look deeper at evidence quality and consistency.
5. Keep the process private
Everything you see in a dispute is private.
Never discuss:
-
case details
-
buyer/seller identities
-
voting outcomes
-
evidence
-
your vote
Peacemakers protect the integrity of the system by keeping cases confidential.
⭐ What You Should NOT Do
You must NOT:
-
Debate emotionally
-
Insult buyers or sellers
-
Argue with other Peacemakers
-
Make threats or personal comments
-
Use information from outside the case
-
Use AI-generated content or guesswork
-
Assume what “probably happened”
-
Encourage settlements or private deals
Your job is purely vote based on evidence, nothing more.
⭐ Ethical Standards
Every Peacemaker must follow these standards:
Fairness
Treat both sides equally. No assumptions.
Honesty
If you’re unsure or biased, don’t vote.
Objectivity
Stick to evidence. Not feelings.
Respect
Keep your communication simple and polite.
Consistency
Apply the same rules to every case.
⭐ What Happens If Standards Aren’t Followed
Because fairness matters, repeated issues may result in:
-
removal from specific disputes
-
temporary suspension
-
permanent removal from the Peacemaker program
This is rare — but protects the system’s integrity.
⭐ The Goal
Your goal isn’t to be perfect or legalistic —
it’s simply to:
Look at the evidence, follow the rules, and choose the fairest outcome.
