Fisheez PBC’s registered agent forwards all such correspondence to the company’s principal contact in Cincinnati, Ohio.

For help with listings, transactions, or account access, users may contact:

🕓 Response Time: Within 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

Support requests submitted through third-party platforms (e.g., Discord, Telegram, or social media) are not considered official and may not receive an authorized response.


16.3 Fishlanthropy Foundation Inquiries

Charitable donation, grant, or impact-report questions may be directed to:

The Foundation operates independently and cannot assist with user disputes or transactional matters.


16.4 Notice to Delaware and U.S. Consumers

Fisheez PBC is organized as a Delaware Public Benefit Corporation.

Consumer inquiries concerning data privacy, billing, or state-specific rights may be submitted to the above support address with “Consumer Inquiry” in the subject line.

Fisheez PBC will acknowledge receipt within 10 business days and respond or resolve the matter within 45 business days, consistent with applicable consumer-protection laws.

Fisheez PBC may update its mailing or email addresses from time to time.

The most current contact details will always be posted on the official website at www.fisheez.com/legal and supersede any prior versions.
