Hot Deals – Promotional Placement Rules

This policy is incorporated by reference into the Fisheez Terms of Service, including §5 (Fees, Taxes, and Payment), and the Advertising & Sponsored Promotions Policy.

1. What Are Hot Deals?

Hot Deals are time-limited promotional placements that allow sellers and creators to increase the visibility of an existing listing or live event within a selected Fisheez marketplace.

Hot Deals are designed to:

  • Highlight limited-time offers or events

  • Improve discovery within a marketplace

  • Provide optional, paid visibility enhancements

Hot Deals are promotional tools only and do not guarantee views, engagement, or sales.

2. Eligible Content

You may promote as a Hot Deal:

  • Product listings

  • Digital service listings

  • Local service listings

  • Local Marketplace listings

  • Live Events

The listing or live event must already exist on the Fisheez Platform before it can be promoted.

3. Marketplace Placement

Hot Deals are marketplace-specific.

Available marketplaces include:

  • Products

  • Digital Services

  • Local Services

  • Local Marketplace

  • Live Events

At the time of purchase, the user selects:

  • One primary marketplace for the Hot Deal placement, and

  • May optionally select additional marketplaces for expanded visibility, subject to availability and additional fees.

Each selected marketplace is treated as a separate promotional placement.

4. Promotion Duration

Hot Deals are offered in fixed-duration time blocks, which may vary over time.

Typical durations may include:

  • 1 day

  • 3 days

  • 7 days

Hot Deals automatically expire at the end of the selected duration.

Unless explicitly stated at checkout:

  • Hot Deals do not auto-renew

  • Expired promotions must be repurchased to continue visibility

5. Pricing and Discounts

Hot Deals pricing:

  • Is determined at the time of purchase

  • May vary by marketplace, duration, demand, or promotional period

  • Is subject to change without notice

Certain users may be eligible for promotional discounts, including holders of specific Fisheez NFT collections or participation tiers.

Discounts:

  • May vary by NFT series, tier, or promotional campaign

  • Are applied automatically when eligible

  • Are not guaranteed and may change or be discontinued at any time

6. Rotation and Visibility

Hot Deals are displayed in a rotating format within the selected marketplace.

Visibility may depend on:

  • Screen size and device type

  • Number of active Hot Deals

  • Rotation logic and system availability

  • Marketplace traffic and user behavior

Not all Hot Deals are guaranteed to be visible to every user at all times.

7. Content Standards and Compliance

All Hot Deals must comply with:

  • The Fisheez Terms of Service

  • The Advertising & Sponsored Promotions Policy

  • Category-specific rules and restrictions

Fisheez may remove or suspend any Hot Deal that:

  • Contains misleading or prohibited content

  • Promotes unavailable or restricted items

  • Violates platform policies or applicable law

8. Sales, Removal, and Refunds

  • If a promoted listing or event becomes unavailable or sells out before the promotion ends, the Hot Deal may remain visible but marked accordingly.

  • Sellers may remove a Hot Deal early; unused time is not refundable.

  • Payments for Hot Deals are non-refundable, except where required by law.

9. Platform Discretion

Fisheez reserves the right to:

  • Limit the number of active Hot Deals per marketplace

  • Modify placement layout, rotation logic, or visibility

  • Offer complimentary or promotional Hot Deals at its discretion

  • Suspend or terminate promotions that violate platform rules

Changes apply prospectively and do not affect completed promotions.

10. Relationship to Escrow Transactions

Hot Deals are platform-operated promotional services.

Fees paid for Hot Deals:

  • Are separate from Buyer–Seller transactions

  • Do not affect Smart Shell Escrow settlement

  • Are governed by Section 5 of the Terms of Service and applicable platform policies

11. Summary

Hot Deals are:

  • Optional promotional placements

  • Marketplace-specific and time-limited

  • Subject to rotation and availability

  • Governed by platform rules, not performance guarantees

By purchasing or using a Hot Deal, you agree to this policy and all related Fisheez platform terms.
