Pearls are non-transferable reputation points earned by participating in the Fisheez marketplace and community.
They reward fair behavior, helpful contributions, and long-term participation.
Pearls unlock subscription discounts, access benefits, and eligibility for platform rewards, but they are not money, not tokens, and not redeemable for cash.
What Pearls Are (and Are Not)

How Pearls Are Earned
Pearls are earned across multiple areas of the platform. Some actions are one-time, others repeatable, and some may include penalties to discourage abuse.
Marketplace Participation

These actions reward real marketplace activity and successful transactions.
Reviews & Reputation

Bonus Pearls for early positive reputation
Abuse, manipulation, or fraudulent reviews may result in penalties or loss of Pearls.
Peacemaker Program (Dispute Resolution & Moderation)
The Peacemaker Program allows qualified users to help resolve disputes and moderate platform activity.
Peacemakers earn Pearls for:

Completing Peacemaker certification tests

Voting on disputes within their certified level

Voting with the majority outcome

Asking helpful questions during dispute review

Completing training and annual re-certification
Penalties may apply for:

Peacemaker access is tiered by certification level and may be suspended or revoked for abuse or inaccuracy.

How Pearls Affect Shorefront Subscriptions

Pearls unlock discount eligibility, not free access

Discounts apply up to specific Shorefront tiers

Higher subscriptions may still require payment

Best available discount applies (discounts do not stack)
Example:
If your Pearl level qualifies you for discounts up to Shorefront 3, that discount applies only up to Shorefront 3, even if you subscribe to a higher tier.

From time to time, Pearl holders may be eligible for:
