Fisheez 20-Tier Platform Fee Schedule

This Schedule defines how platform service fees are calculated for all Fisheez transactions. It is incorporated by reference into:
- Terms of Service (§5 Fees, Taxes, Payment)
- NFTs, Crypto & Payments Policy
- Seller Agreement
- Buyer Agreement
- SmartShell Escrow Agreement
The Buyer always pays the platform service fee, which is shown at checkout.
1. Service Fee Tiers (20 Levels)
The percentage charged depends solely on total transaction size, including:
- Item price
- Shipping
- Tax (if applicable)
Here is the official tier list taken from your approved table:

2. Fee Discounts (Best Discount Wins)
Only one discount applies per order.
Fisheez evaluates discount sources in this order:
- Buyer Shorefront Tier Discount
- Seller Shorefront Tier Discount
- Buyer TideTurner NFT Discount
- Seller TideTurner NFT Discount
Whichever party has the better discount, the buyer receives it, since the buyer pays the platform fee.
Discounts never stack.
Example:

Buyer has Shorefront 3 (10% off).

Seller has Whale NFT (100% off).
Buyer pays 0% fee because the Whale discount wins.
3. Formula Used at Checkout
BaseFee% = tier lookup Discount% = max(buyer_shorefront, seller_shorefront, buyer_TideTurner, seller_TideTurner)
Final Platform Fee = BaseFee% × (1 - Discount%) × TransactionTotal
All math is on-chain or deterministic off-chain, and is shown clearly before the buyer confirms payment.
4. Fee Transparency Rules
- Fees are always visible at checkout.
- Buyers always see their final discounted fee before confirming payment.
- Sellers never pay the platform fee.
- Sellers always receive exactly their listing price (minus promoter split, if selected).
5. Updates to Fee Tiers
Fisheez may adjust:
- Tier thresholds
- Fee percentages
- Discount rules
Changes are governed by §12: Changes to Terms of the main TOS.
All updates are published to the Fisheez Legal Center.
