Last Updated: November 2025
This Policy governs all live events, auctions, showcases, demonstrations, and real-time streaming sessions hosted by Sellers, Promoters, or other authorized users on the Fisheez Platform. These rules apply in addition to:
- TOS §6 – User Conduct
- TOS §10 – Category-Specific Provisions
- TOS §14 – Live Events & Streaming Conduct
- TOS §15 – Universal Enforcement Policy
- Prohibited Items & Restricted Categories Policy
- Peacemaker Governance & Charter
By initiating or participating in a Live Event, all users agree to comply with this Policy.
1. Purpose
This Policy protects users from fraud, abuse, unsafe conduct, and illegal activity during Live Events while ensuring Fisheez does not engage in political or viewpoint censorship. Enforcement focuses solely on safety, legality, and marketplace integrity — not ideology, opinions, or lawful expression.
2. Definitions
“Live Event” — any real-time audio, video, or interactive stream hosted on Fisheez, including sales, auctions, demonstrations, and service presentations.
“Moderator” — a certified Peacemaker hired by a Seller to assist with conduct management during a Live Event.
“Report” — a viewer-submitted notice specifying a potential violation category and including a written description.
“Matching Reports” — two or more reports from different users citing the same violation category during the same event.
3. General Rules for Live Events
- Hosts must comply with all Fisheez policies and applicable laws.
- Fisheez does not pre-screen or monitor live streams in real time.
- Viewers may report violations using the reporting interface.
- Sellers may hire Moderators (Peacemakers) for conduct support.
- Enforcement actions are governed by TOS §15.
- All items or services offered during a Live Event must be properly listed on the Platform before checkout is enabled.
