TideTurner NFT Alpha-1 Series

This document defines the utility attributes, limits, and behavior of the TideTurner Alpha-1 NFT Series (“Alpha-1”).
It is incorporated by reference into the TideTurner NFT Program Policy, the NFTs, Crypto & Payments Policy, and the Fisheez Terms of Service.

This document applies only to the Alpha-1 series.
Future TideTurner series may define different attributes.

1. Purpose of the Alpha-1 Series

TideTurner Alpha-1 NFTs are utility access NFTs that provide:

  • Platform service fee discounts applied to buyers at checkout

  • Access to defined Shorefront subscription tiers

  • Listing capacity alignment

  • Advertising and charity participation benefits

Alpha-1 NFTs are not investment products, do not represent profit rights, and do not guarantee resale value.

2. Who Benefits from a TideTurner Alpha-1 NFT

Buyers

  • The buyer always pays the Fisheez platform service fee.

  • If either the buyer or seller holds a TideTurner Alpha-1 NFT, the buyer receives the highest available discount at checkout.

  • Discounts apply only to the platform service fee, not to:

    • Item price

    • Shipping

    • Taxes

    • Seller payouts

Discounts never stack. The single best discount is applied automatically.

Sellers

  • Sellers never pay the platform service fee.

  • Sellers always receive their full listing price plus any buyer-paid shipping amount, minus any applicable promoter commission.

  • TideTurner Alpha-1 NFTs define a maximum Shorefront level a seller may access, but do not replace a Shorefront subscription.

Shorefront Subscription Rules

  • A seller may subscribe to any Shorefront tier at or below the level unlocked by their TideTurner Alpha-1 NFT.

  • Sellers may also subscribe to a higher Shorefront tier, but TideTurner benefits remain capped at the level defined by the NFT.

  • If no paid Shorefront subscription is active, the seller defaults to Shorefront Level 1 capacity.

In that case:

  • TideTurner fee discounts and non-capacity benefits still apply.

  • Listing limits, live selling tools, and usage limits follow Shorefront Level 1.

3. Alpha-1 Tier Mapping & Listing Limits

Each TideTurner Alpha-1 NFT corresponds to a Shorefront access level and listing capacity.

Important:
Platform fee discounts apply only up to the listing limit of the active Shorefront tier associated with the NFT.

Listings beyond that limit do not receive TideTurner-based fee discounts unless another eligible discount applies.

4. Platform Service Fee Discounts (Alpha-1)

Alpha-1 TideTurner NFTs provide the following platform service fee discounts:

Discounts apply only to the platform service fee and are calculated according to the Fisheez Platform Fee Schedule.

5. Additional Alpha-1 Benefits

Each Alpha-1 NFT also provides:

  • Advertising Fee Discount: 10% off

  • Charity Votes: Based on Shorefront level unlocked by the NFT

These benefits apply automatically while the NFT is held.

6. Discount Precedence & Calculation

When multiple discounts are available, Fisheez applies only the single highest discount.

Discount precedence is evaluated as follows:

  1. Buyer Shorefront discount

  2. Seller Shorefront discount

  3. Buyer TideTurner Alpha-1 discount

  4. Seller TideTurner Alpha-1 discount

The best discount wins.
Discounts never stack.

7. Change Protection & Grandfathering

  • Alpha-1 utility attributes are fixed at the time of mint.

  • Fisheez may introduce future TideTurner series with different attributes.

  • Existing Alpha-1 NFTs will never lose utility.

  • Changes to Shorefront limits or fee structures apply only to future series unless explicitly stated otherwise.

8. No Investment Representation

TideTurner Alpha-1 NFTs:

  • Do not represent equity, profit rights, or revenue sharing

  • Do not guarantee resale value or appreciation

  • Provide only platform access and fee-related utilities

Ownership confers use-based benefits only within the Fisheez platform.

9. Governing Documents

This specification is governed by and incorporated into:

  • Fisheez Terms of Service

  • NFTs, Crypto & Payments Policy

  • Platform Fee Schedule

  • Shorefront Subscription & Pricing Policy

  • Tideturner NFT Program Policy

In the event of conflict, the Terms of Service control.
