Classifieds Posting Rules

These Classifieds Posting Rules govern all listings, offers, and communications posted in the Classifieds section of the platform (“Classifieds”).
By posting, responding to, or interacting with a Classifieds listing, you agree to comply with these rules in addition to the Terms of Service, Community Standards, and any applicable platform policies.
1. Purpose of Classifieds
Classifieds are intended to facilitate direct, peer-to-peer connections between users for lawful goods, services, opportunities, or announcements.
Classifieds are not a marketplace, escrow service, employment agency, broker, or intermediary.
2. Eligibility to Post
To post a Classifieds listing, users must:
- Maintain an active, email-verified account
- Be legally capable of entering agreements in their jurisdiction
- Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
- Follow all platform-wide content, safety, and conduct rules
Certain Classifieds categories require either a posting fee or the inclusion of a trusted external link, as described in Section 3A below.
The platform may restrict, limit, or remove posting privileges based on account history, moderation actions, abuse patterns, or legal requirements.
3. Accurate & Honest Listings
All Classifieds listings must be truthful and clear.
You may not:
- Misrepresent goods, services, pricing, availability, or intent
- Post misleading, deceptive, or bait-style listings
- Omit material information that would reasonably affect a response
- Impersonate another person or organization
Listings must accurately reflect what is being offered or requested.
3A. Posting Fees & Free Posting Option
Some Classifieds categories require a flat posting fee unless the seller provides at least one trusted external link.
- The standard Classifieds posting fee is $5 per listing, where applicable.
- Sellers may post for free by providing at least one trusted social or business link for identity and trust signals.
- Accepted links may include established social profiles or business pages. Personal websites may be reviewed more closely.
- Links must be valid, accurate, and belong to the seller or the entity represented in the listing.
Posting fees, eligibility, and category-specific rules are displayed during the posting flow and may vary by category.
Fees are charged for listing placement only and do not imply platform verification, endorsement, or involvement in any transaction.
4. Prohibited Content & Categories
Certain content is not allowed in Classifieds.
Users may not post listings that involve:
- Illegal, regulated, or prohibited goods or services
- Fraud, scams, or deceptive schemes
- Hate, harassment, threats, or violent activity
- Sexual exploitation, trafficking, or explicit services
- Requests for personal data, credentials, or financial access
- Any category restricted or prohibited under the platform’s Category-Specific Provisions
Listings that violate category rules may be removed without notice.
5. Safety & Risk Awareness
Classifieds interactions occur directly between users.
Users are solely responsible for:
- Verifying the identity and legitimacy of other parties
- Conducting due diligence before engaging offline or financially
- Using caution when meeting in person or sharing personal information
The platform does not verify listings, screen counterparties, or guarantee outcomes.
6. No Platform Mediation or Enforcement
The platform does not:
- Broker deals or negotiations
- Hold funds or process payments
- Guarantee performance, delivery, or completion
- Resolve disputes arising from Classifieds interactions
All arrangements, agreements, and outcomes are the sole responsibility of the users involved.
Classifieds may offer optional platform-based messaging between buyers and sellers. Messaging access may require email verification, and conversations may be logged for safety, abuse prevention, and compliance purposes.
The platform does not participate in negotiations, does not verify counterparties, and does not enforce agreements made through Classifieds messaging.
7. Posting Behavior & Conduct
Users posting in Classifieds must:
- Communicate respectfully and in good faith
- Avoid spam, excessive reposting, or disruptive behavior
- Use appropriate categories and titles
- Respond honestly or disengage without harassment
Abusive, manipulative, or predatory behavior is prohibited.
8. Moderation & Enforcement
The platform may:
- Remove or restrict Classifieds listings
- Limit or suspend posting privileges
- Take action against accounts that repeatedly violate rules
- Cooperate with legal authorities when required by law
Enforcement decisions are made to protect users and platform integrity.
9. Reporting Violations
Users are encouraged to report:
- Suspicious or fraudulent listings
- Unsafe or unlawful content
- Harassment or abusive conduct
Reports help maintain a safer Classifieds environment.
10. No Guarantee of Availability
The platform does not guarantee:
- Visibility, responses, or engagement
- Listing longevity or reach
- Accuracy of user-submitted content
Listings may be removed or expire at any time.
11. Acceptance
By posting or interacting in Classifieds, you acknowledge that:
- Classifieds are informal, user-driven postings
- The platform is not a party to any transaction or agreement
- You assume all risk associated with Classifieds use
- Violations of these rules may result in enforcement actions
If you do not agree to these rules, you must not use the Classifieds feature.
