Fisheez Community Guidelines

This policy is incorporated by reference into the Fisheez Terms of Service and SmartShell Escrow Agreement.

Purpose

Fisheez is a community-driven marketplace built on transparency, creativity, and respect.

These guidelines outline the standards of behavior expected from everyone who buys, sells, streams, or interacts on the platform. They apply to all listings, messages, live events, comments, and media uploads.

Violating these guidelines can lead to warnings, account restrictions, or permanent suspension under the Fisheez Universal Enforcement Policy (§15).

1. Respect Others

• Treat all users, moderators, and Peacemakers with respect.
• Harassment, bullying, discrimination, or hate speech based on race, religion, gender, sexuality, or any personal attribute is not tolerated.
• Personal attacks, stalking, or doxxing (sharing private information) are prohibited.

2. Keep Content Legal and Safe

• No illegal goods, services, or conduct.
• No content involving controlled substances, weapons, or endangered species outside approved categories.
• No pornography, explicit sexual acts, or adult materials outside approved, age-gated sections.
• No incitement to violence, self-harm, or illegal activity.

3. Be Honest in Listings and Deals

• Describe items and services truthfully.
• Don’t use deceptive pricing, fake scarcity, or false claims.
• Disclose materials, condition, or service limitations clearly.
• Off-platform deals that bypass Fisheez escrow or dispute resolution are at your own risk and not protected.

4. Protect Intellectual Property

• Only upload or sell what you own or have rights to use.
• Respect copyrights, trademarks, and likeness rights of others.
• Report potential infringement through the DMCA Notice (§8.6) process.

5. Conduct During Live Events

• No hate speech, nudity, or sexual acts on live streams.
• No gambling, raffles, or pay-to-enter giveaways.
• Randomized sales (like spin-the-wheel or mystery boxes) must follow §14.5 — transparent and equal value for all.
• Respect moderators and audience members; no spamming or fake engagement tools.

6. Protect Privacy

• Never share personal data (yours or others’) publicly.
• No distribution of financial info, IDs, or private communications without consent.
• All communications must comply with data-protection laws and the Privacy Policy.

7. Zero Tolerance for Fraud

• No scams, phishing, or impersonation.
• No fake reviews or engagement manipulation.
• No chargeback abuse or false dispute claims.
• Verified users must maintain accurate identity and tax information.

8. Advertising & Promotions

• Sponsored listings and ads must comply with the Advertising & Sponsored Promotions Policy.
• Influencers or resellers must disclose paid partnerships, affiliate links, or promotional relationships.
• Misleading or undisclosed endorsements violate FTC rules.

9. Enforcement

• Violations may lead to removal of content, suspension, or permanent account termination.
• Reports are reviewed under the Universal Enforcement Policy (§15) and may be escalated to the Peacemaker System (§7).
• Fisheez is not obligated to monitor every interaction but reserves full discretion to act when necessary to protect users and maintain marketplace integrity.

10. Keep the Marketplace Positive

Fisheez was built to help people buy, sell, and create freely — but freedom requires responsibility.

Use common sense, act with honesty, and contribute to a community that others want to be part of.
