Classifieds Enforcement & Moderation Policy

This Enforcement & Moderation Policy explains how Fisheez reviews, moderates, restricts, or removes content and accounts related to the Classifieds section of the platform (“Classifieds”).

This policy applies in addition to the Classifieds Disclaimer, Classifieds Safety & Conduct, Classifieds Posting Rules, Classifieds Terms of Use, and all platform-wide policies.

1. Scope of Moderation Authority

Fisheez retains full discretion to moderate Classifieds content and user activity to protect users, community safety, and platform integrity.

Moderation actions may apply to:

  • Classifieds listings
  • Listing edits or reposts
  • Messages or communications initiated through Classifieds
  • User accounts associated with Classifieds activity

Fisheez is not obligated to allow, host, or maintain any Classifieds content.

2. Grounds for Enforcement Action

Enforcement actions may occur if Fisheez determines that a user or listing:

  • Violates Classifieds Posting Rules, Safety & Conduct standards, or Terms of Use
  • Falls within prohibited or restricted categories
  • Appears misleading, deceptive, fraudulent, or predatory
  • Poses a safety, legal, or reputational risk
  • Attempts to evade moderation or enforcement
  • Demonstrates repeated low-quality, abusive, or disruptive behavior
  • Is reported by users and reasonably determined to be non-compliant

Enforcement may be based on content, behavior patterns, account history, or risk assessment.

3. Types of Enforcement Actions

Depending on severity, frequency, or risk, Fisheez may take one or more of the following actions:

  • Remove or disable a Classifieds listing
  • Edit or restrict visibility of content
  • Prevent reposting or duplication
  • Limit Classifieds posting privileges
  • Require additional verification or review
  • Temporarily suspend Classifieds access
  • Permanently restrict Classifieds participation
  • Suspend or terminate a user account

Fisheez is not required to apply enforcement actions progressively or sequentially.

4. No Guarantee of Notice or Warning

Fisheez may take enforcement action:

  • With or without prior notice
  • With or without warning
  • Without explanation beyond policy reference

There is no guarantee that users will receive advance notice before content removal or restriction.

5. Pattern-Based & Preventative Enforcement

Moderation decisions may consider:

  • Repeated violations or near-violations
  • Attempts to bypass rules through wording, formatting, or alternate accounts
  • Prior enforcement history
  • Risk of harm to users or the platform

Fisheez may take preventative action when there is a reasonable belief that future violations or harm are likely.

6. User Reports & Review Process

Fisheez may review content or accounts based on:

  • User reports
  • Automated detection
  • Manual review
  • Legal or regulatory notices

Submission of a report does not guarantee enforcement action, removal, or response.

False, abusive, or manipulative reporting may itself result in enforcement action.

7. Appeals & Reconsideration

Unless otherwise stated:

  • Enforcement actions are final
  • There is no guaranteed appeal process
  • Reinstatement of content or privileges is discretionary

Fisheez may, but is not obligated to, review appeals or reconsider enforcement decisions.

8. Cooperation With Legal Authorities

Fisheez may cooperate with law enforcement, regulators, or legal authorities when required by law or when necessary to protect users or the platform.

This may include:

  • Preservation of records
  • Disclosure as legally required
  • Account restriction or termination

9. No Obligation to Monitor

Fisheez does not actively monitor all Classifieds content.

The absence of enforcement action does not imply approval, compliance, or endorsement of any listing or user behavior.

10. Policy Updates

This policy may be updated at any time.

Continued use of Classifieds after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.

11. Acceptance

By posting, responding to, or interacting with Classifieds, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • Enforcement decisions are discretionary
  • Access to Classifieds is not guaranteed
  • Violations may result in restriction or removal
  • Fisheez is not obligated to host or restore content

If you do not agree to this policy, you must not use Classifieds.
